im looking for one of the Jeff Tusk Gifts....First Note said....at the Entry, near the AnimalSkull,,,cant find that Place....maybe there is more info in Dusktown....but i have no Idea, where that Place is?

In Dustwater there is a message on a pole directing you. The town is above enemy camp located north of Alfred Davis location.
Then go into mine west of Dustwater
