where is the saw blade located for upgrade on weapons

I didn't note anything down, so I don't remember the lady's name, but it's from this circus lady that's around the Quicksand area in the desert (from the Gas Station, go East a bit and then South). She will ask you to fight her undead circus animals, and the first quest she sends you on here gets you that first upgrade saw blade, when turning it back in to her.

I don't understand. I have the mission to hunt some gazelle, which I need a bow for. To make a bow you need a weapon's workshop. To make the weapon's workshop you need the missing saw blade. Where on the map is this saw blade? I have unlocked the entire forest area, I've started going into every area I can. The map locked behind this guy wanting me to kill gazelle.

u need it to upgrade it. look for the icon for the weapon workshop on the map, then make a bow
