How to change the building & backpack skin?

I have changed my zombies and toon's skin but yet to find out how to change:
1. my building skin
2. backpack skin

Any idea? Thanks

Really haven't tried that, so I couldn't say for sure, but maybe similar to "Upgrade Building" or something like that. :GravityCat::hammerscrew:
