what is "Twinkle"?

I gave it to him four times, but I didn't know what I had given him. What is a twinkle?

I picked up a candy wrapped in a blue package.
It did not go into my inventory and seemed to count as a quest item.
That was the identity of the Twinkie this time.
It was behind a farm that sent a woman in a wheelchair.

the twinkle is shown to the player with a purple light beam, its like the pedro golden knives version(wich gives u skill points) of giving u consumables and experience. u dont find them often and once picked up they don't respawn.

Yes they spelled the twinkie a twinkle, I thought it was for reasons due to some kind of copyright swerving, but now I think it's just silly, but then again thats why I bought this game... I love silly
