How to survive in far NW - Cold area

Do you know if you need 60(all gear pieces with cold resist) + the +30 resistance from the meal, to survive? I can't seem to make it anywhere without dying within 1 minute inside. Or is there a zombot feature needing activated to survive?

your best bet is the mountain wolf set, it's hard to find though

if you can get the wolf armor you don't need all of it but you need 4 or 5 of the 6 pieces at that point you won't be affected by the cold in the NW area of the map. There's a topic about hidden chests on here it tells you where all 6 armor chests are, the last one you can get is in that area and it's the chest, you can get all the rest of them and go up there to get that and not be bothered by the cold at all without using meals or anything else.

there's also an armor set from/for the cold area which can be "farmed" as every other set piece, it takes a lot of time though and gets old very fast waiting for chests to respawn.

The wolf set is easier to get now that the locations have been found, it's also the best set you can get in the game.
