I'd say that the game looks pretty casual as first impression, since I'm sleepy as hell and I have not time to play it as much. Plus, try the demo out.
Don't even get me started on the comedy of the voice over, like the "Social Distancing" Zombie configuration!
Gameplay wise, it's got a fun loop of combat and activity. Go around, kill zombies, get materials, build better stuff. Base building is very, very basic right now, but I can see the potential it has to build your own post apocalyptic fortress.
Right now, the combat is solid, if simplistic, and the game is entertaining enough to keep me going.
it's honestly terrible if i'm facing left and pressing left click i should punch left, i shouldn't punch north and turn my entire body around when i'm holding down the A key.
unless that's fixed, the game is unplayable rubbish.... uninstalled demo. luckily i didn't get it without playing. nice idea but terrible implementation
I think that in the main game, there should be a few intro levels where the player is trying to eke out a desperate miserable existence out in the world before seeing an advert for Paradize and making his way there.
So, a pass from me unless the full game is different from what i have tested or maybe it has a sandbox option with more freedom.
The map is so tiny. However I noticed it says “Paradize entrance” for the map so no way that’s the whole game map lol.
That woman was boring to watch. No offence to her, she was having fun. Try the demo or watch a twitch stream.
The music varies but is often silly. You can see all equipped stuff. 4 player games, every one looks very different. Games are always cheaper on the xbox because you can use a vpn to activate codes without restriction. I see a copy for $18 Canadian.
Not really sure about anything else. I just grabbed it because I found it for less, and the demo was a lot of fun. Later game streams are also looking very fun.
I've read mixed things about using VPNs to buy games from other regions such as losing access to all of your rewards points and I have a lot. Don't devs also lose money when you buy your games from key sites? Isn't the whole point of buying a game to support the devs and not cause them to miss out on their deserved profit?
Some sites are sketchy, keys are bought with stolen credit cards. That isn't the majority though. I have over 200 games on the xbox from argentina (using free urbanvpn chrome extension). You'd be surprised to hear this, but MS actually supports and boasts their lack of region lock enforcement. Their twitter itself has posted "time to travel to new zealand" to unlock early. I know thats a very different thing, but even my gamepass is from argentina, on year four, and I game share that too. I was able to buy a series S with my points eventually, no issues. I know Palworld is on gamepass, but thats $4 for example. Cdkeys is a legit site, so youre safe there. I've also bought multiple global keys for Steam from them, and once upon a time ago, I used to trade TF2 keys for games from Russians. 17 year old account no issues.
In the case of legit keys, they had to be bought in the first place, so the dev makes money, but if the game is great then buy dlc/cosmetics to support them.
So maybe it's a skill issue on your part. Is that harsh? Yes it is, but it also happens to be true.
