My EXACT same response I made in an earlier post. I played 20 minutes and all I kept thinking was Thank You. How that series(HTS) has remained dormie for so long is criminal.

Yeah they should make a sequel to it, I enjoyed those games, but so far I am yet to see any official connection. I keep asking where everyone is getting this info from, but so far everyone seems to just be making it up. Any citations to these claims anywhere?

So Mega Man and Resident evil are sequels because they're made by the same devs? Don't get me wrong here, guys, I'm not trying to argue here. I would just like to know where everyone is getting this from if it's not just made up out of the blue. Anyone got any citations?

I work on the game. I can tell you HtS and ParadiZe are developed by the same studio, and that the games aren't related.

This game give vibes of those other 2, and that is REALLY good.
I kinda question the decision of releasing this game the same day as FFVII Rebirth. That one is only on console for now but still...

Ah, it's as I thought, people were just making that up out of thin air. Thank you for specifying. I'd not seen anything connecting them, but practically everyone in these discussions is convinced they're connected.

Im only here because of the game looks like a complete copy of H2S. At first look I see so many similarities including to same top-down view, moving and shooting mechanics, zombies, even the map design reminds me of H2S. But wait! Is it a different publsher, but the same developer with a different game name? And Im having completely the How 2 Survive vibes with an enhanced graphics?

Im also very curious of the future reviews after the release, if it will be not just a scam copy like weve seen the game The Day Before - off the game TC: The Division. Or will it be the case of FlatOut 3? After perfectly made FlatOut 2 and Ultimate Carnage, its successor FlatOut 3 could not bear the name and the legacy of PERFECT games (same as H2S 1 and 2 were perfect too)

Calling these "enhanced graphics" is a stretch. Nowhere near enough progress was made on that front considering it's been over a decade since the release of HtS1. And you can see ParadiZe is still using the same type of Menu / UI design that gave me the ick in the last two games.

Not trying to crap all over the game or anything. I own and played both HtS 1 & 2 quite a bit despite their jank at times. I was absolutely a fan and talked friends into playing with me on several occasions. Hence why the lack of progress is disappointing to me.
