Suppression and Fireteam icons disappear when changing FOV

There's this weird bug where the suppression circle and fireteam icons above the command circle will disappear whenever I change the FOV into 90 over the default 63. This only happens when I am not looking down the sights of my weapon, whereas previously the suppression circle and fireteam icons would have been visible regardless of whether I was aiming down sights or not.

Does anyone else have this issue? If so is there a way to fix it?

I changed my FOV by adjusting the user.ini file in Appdata, and the DefUser.ini in System.
