Any way to remove HUD?

I know you can remove some of the HUD like the suppression indicator etc, but is it possible to remove other stuff like compass etc? I saw there is a HUD section in the user.ini but nothing changes if I change the values in it.

Cast, Sorry, the HUD cannot be removed in Road to Hill 30. Thankfully, in Hell's Highway it can be.

Suppression Icon changes on Difficaulty and can't be turned off but can be changed, This can only be achieved after completing the game on hard and unlocking Authentic mode. Authentic mode removes Icons all-together.
