Seal of the emperor, how to collect?
I must be really dumb, but i can't find how to collect these damn thing, there's a yellow shield around them... I'm like at 88 % completion, never stumbled on something for it or a quest... what am i missing?

Hi there! Not sure if we're talking about the same quest, but you must find the spears in the End of the World to remove the protecting shield.

turns out all i needed was to find the last crypt note, which gave me the key to the emperor place, and this activated the quest that let me collect the seals
