Checkpoint bug

When you reach a checkpoint and die, you sometimes start at the beginning from a level and not from the checkpoint.

Are you able to reproduce an instance of this occurring? If you can, that would be very helpful. Thanks!

I can make a video, sure. It doesn't always happen though. It has happened a few times in the "Industrial Junkyard" level to me, when I did the time trial.
