game launching error (Security Violation 142)

Estou com problemas ao iniciar o jogo, esta aparecendo como violacao de seguranca e com erro 142, o meu computador esta zerado formatado e somente com o battlefield instalado e nao consigo iniciar.

I'm having problems starting the game. It is showing a security violation and error 142. My computer is freshly formatted and only has Battlefield installed, but I can't start the game.
