I can't see my in game social tab. Please help.

The game worked perfectly the first time I played it. But since the second I launched it, when I connect to the game it tells me I have no friends online in the TAB social menu. It shows 0/0 friends at all times.
However, in the Shift + F1 EA overlay I can see my friends online.
The can also see me as normal on their games.
We have found a work around where if we both join the same server they can SOMETIMES add me to the party.
Even when we are in a party it will still say I have 0 people online in the social tab.
Playing on steam and windows 10.



So far we have tried:
* Re-install the game
* Re-install the EA app
* Restart PC
* Update drivers
* Run as admin (every .exe in battle field 2042, anti cheat and ea app directory)
* Renew digital certificates (every .exe in battle field 2042, anti cheat and ea app directory, not 100% sure if I did this correctly)
* Delete/block/re-add each other from friends
* Completely disable all firewall and threat protection
* Disable/re-enable cross play



I can't find anything about the digital certificates anywhere online, that was a suggestion from a friend.
Nor can I find anyone having the same issue that isn't cross-play related.

Hey Brother Repairing the EA App instead of re installing worked for me. Also try launching EA app by run as admin instead and do the same with 2042 Exe.
