(SOLUTION) please launch the game from your distribution platform

yo , so i found out how to solve this thing , u need to turn off overlay inside the ea app , go to ea app , click on settings on the left corner i think then find overlay and turn it off , then open the game , it should work .

I can't take screenshots and I can't see the fps, but this is a temporary solution for now.

There is small script you can put in user.cfg file to see fps in game
