is Battlefield 2042 Good?

is Battlefield 2042 worth buying? Is it a good game? ig this is a battleground game, but is it better than COD Warzone and PUBG?

I’ve played Battlefield 5, and I liked it. Is 2042 as fun as BF5 and BF1?

i had few hours of fun, but the gameplay boils down to:
- spam grenades in tightspots
- spam smoke grenades everywhere so noone can see anything
- shoot through smoke hoping you will hit something
- sit behind as a sniper and snipe down other snipers because you cant see ♥♥♥♥ through smoke
- if it is a big map, be prepared to run a lot
- if it is a vehicle map, make sure you get a vehicle, otherwise you will just die to other vehicles all the time

Is it worth buying?
- I would not recommend it. But since it is on sale, I guess it can’t hurt to try it out and see if you like it or not.
Is it a good game?
- Nope it’s not even close to be a good game.
Is it better than warzone and pubg?
- Can’t comment on that, since I have not played those games.
Is BF2042 fun like BF5 and BF1?
- This might go under personal preference. BF1 imo would have been more fun if Dice didn’t nerfed the movement into the ground.

nah, don't play it, it hasn't change the last year i haven't played, still ♥♥♥♥ servers with crappier map designs and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥ developers, wait for the next one, it aint worth a penny.

At launch? No. Now? Yes. It is a 7/10.

Solid game at the moment. 7 or 8 out of 10. Still being updated with patches and content, way more than any other BF in record.

They are on a path of redemption.
They doing battlefield labs to test what is fun which will also make the next title better.

For the steam spring sale, yeah. It brings back memories from bf3 when I'd come home from middle school and play it all night. The graphics aren't terrible, but then again all games aim only for jawdropping graphics, but it makes them dreadfully buggy or unoptimized gameplay wise. DICE actually did the opposite here. It plays smooth, minimal bugs, and it's just good ole battlefield with some "advanced" tech that the world already has. This game is very VERY well optimized and I never get frame drops. If you'd wanna test out the conquest mode, there's a solo and 4 player co-op mode for conquest and rush. (PVE might I add, the bots can be pretty smart) Feel free to hmu if you'd wanna squad up sometime. You get 2 hours before you could request a refund

maps are too big
