perfoverlay.drawgraph works like in previous BF games, but drawfps doesn't for some reason.
perfoverlay.drawfps 1
perfoverlay.drawpixelthroughput 0
perfoverlay.fpstimeperiod 1
perfoverlay.fpsdisplayformat 3
perfoverlay.fpsdisplayscale 2

to get ti working i was told "You need to "Add a Special" element to the scene - "Mirror to Desktop Advanced" and place it on top of the regular sensors in the scene editor."
i don't think FPS Monitor is being whitelisted I think it's just a work-around
if you want to try FPS Monitor you can get it free from the website with a watermark thingy
STEAM Settings / In Game / In Game FPS counter
it works for now but its basically a FPS and nothing more. Works at full screen.
This will enable the game engines FPS counter.
