Report a translation problem
This only started in the last month. So far I have tried...
I have now given up.
Or using a bluetooth headset?
I'm trying to get as much info as possible for my bug report.
I have the latest GPU drivers installed, it was doing this with older drivers so that's not the problem.
I have a bluetooth headset but only use that in the evening, other times I am using desktop speakers.
Like I said this only started happening about 6 weeks ago. The game ran fine before that so I am thinking one of the patches they released somehow deleted some files and now we are stuck in a loop of verifying.
this issue has been happening for 3 years don't expect it to change EA are garbage
Ive only had the game a little over two weeks and have so so many hours digging into fixing this problem.
You will notice that it is the same three files every time. They are related to EAAntiCheat.
The file verify problem is related to the connection problem that kicks you out of a game and to the menu. It is their Anticheat program at the heart of it. It is riddled with issues the main one being constantly loosing connection to EA servers. The second problem being when they update it it doesn't push that update to you in steam. You only find out you have an older version of the anticheat when you yourself do a file verification.
If it makes you feel better you can try things like re-verifying the game files in steam, clear the EA app cache, launching the game as administrator from the eaanticheat.gameservicelauncher.exe file in the games main folder.
But the only thing you can do for your sanity is to not put to much effort into it and come back a few days later when it might be working. You may think you have fixed it because the game will work for a while but... it will be back.
For the last two days for the first time in weeks the game has actually been functional so who knows if they are over the hump.
You can also verify that it is a problem on their end and not on your end by playing Conquest solo-co/op. You will find that constant disconnects and crashes happen only in mulitiplayer modes. You can go into a single player mode and go hours without problems.
Replacement CPU from Intel solved my issues, which were identical to what you are describing.
If you do get a replacement, be sure to update your Firmware to prevent ongoing issues going forward.
It was a glitched Origin install causing problems. Not steam issues.
