There is a direct connection between Russia and Kazakhstan. Some routes go through Russia so you are affected too. You said 128vs128 isn't working for you, this is because of the Russian blocks, 128vs128 is working everywhere else.

I bet 64 players servers based on same servers like 128, so if 128 was blocked then 64 should be blocked too.

Oh ♥♥♥♥ off then, different servers use different range of addresses, Amazon Cloudfront has thousands of IPs. Kazakhstan heavily depends on Russian ISPs for connectivity, it works everywhere else so go figure why it's not working for you

sounds like you should use a VPN to connect to other, more populated servers. I played the event last night to finish off my missions and found a game within 15 seconds...full
