How to go from a zero to a hero in sniping

Was farming some unlocks in the new game mode and I discovered something.

I had noticed that when I aimed my sniper rifle at the bots they would duck after a fraction of a second. This only happened if I aimed at their head, but they would move if I aimed at their body for a second. So I realized they were programmed to see the scope glint.

That’s when I started aiming at their chest and flicking up at the same second I shot.

Normally my shots go like “miss miss miss miss miss miss body shot miss miss assisted kill” but when I started doing this I got “headshot headshot headshot head shot head shot body shot body shot head shot head shot”

I realize some people will say that this is cause it’s bots and that is true, you’re not gonna stack up a 20 kill streak with a sniper rifle in under a minute against people.

But the theory is still the same, aim for the chest and flick up, it will guarantee a headshot most times so long as a player isn’t moving abnormally.

Normal player movements are things like sprinting across a field, stationary while shooting.

Abnormal is those ones who duck and weave and slide at random times which is purpose built to mess up snipers

Bit rambly so TLDR is aim at chest or pelvis and flick up to head same time as you shoot, timing will off at first but it’ll get better
