Only if it retains tech from BF 2042, also limiting to 64 players is a mistake, they should do at least 40v40 or 50v50. There also needs to be an even tighter leash for the artists regarding cosmetics so most of the skins won't end up with bright elements.
It's war ffs, noone wants to give up his position and somehow we get more and more skins with flashy orange or neon green. It's not CoD, in BF such skins get you owned.
Its a fun way to play every weapon and try everything the game has to offer gameplay wise
simplicity is more imo i think everyone can agree having 30 different attachments per gun is stupid having some unlocks is cool but at least make it so the T1 skin and unlocks are only done through PVP not PVE garbage people grinding out T1 skins for everything on Bot farms its a joke it makes the real t1 players who grinded real PVP kills well its nothing special any mouth breather can get it
I don't agree with this at all. Having more weapon and attachment variety is always good, as you can always choose not to use them all. However, some unlock requirements were pretty annoying and tedious to do in PVP, so I'm very glad that they can be unlocked in PVE. I couldn't care less about flexing my unlocks, I just want to have fun. Unlocking gameplay elements should not be a luxury. If you want to flex, then do it with skins, not weapons, vehicles or attachments.
Making the community happy is part of making money. I'm pretty sure the bad reviews of the game at launch had a huge impact in sales, and they attempted to improve the game over time. Of course there were some design flaws that could not be "fixed", but I'm confident they won't do everything wrong with the next game.
We all want BF3/BF4 experience again. But maybe EA have other project in mind.
EA project is simple to milk and squeeze dry a legendary game franchise until DICE is no more, let's be honest the DICE devs from Battlefield 3 and 4 are no longer at the company so even though it's the easiest title to make in my opinion I don't have any faith in this new team to deliver
That's Battlefield 2 or Bad Company.
bad company 1-2 was amazing sure, but it in no way was the best experience, it had major issues with clunkyness and terrible animations that would end in people dying from failing to do something like jump over a wall, (you couldn't vault,)
