Cheaters in the game

Why are there so many cheaters in the game? Anti-cheat not working? And why do we need cross-platform so that console players suffer along with PC players?
It would be better if PC players stayed in their cheating swamp...

UPD: It’s March 2024, the anti-cheat in the game doesn't work. Therefore, there are more and more bastards who play with cheats. You will not get pleasure from games with cheaters.

I could link an endless list of YT videos demonstrating cheating. I could link YT videos where 2042 cheat providers advertise and demonstrate their cheats. But.. if I did that, this post would be removed and I'd probably lose posting privileges. You can look for yourself though. I think it's safe to say it costs about $40 a month to buy the cheat, which includes ESP and aim bot.

Editing this to mention, while 2042 does have a cheating problem, it's not nearly severe as past BF titles. I don't know why that is. It could be that players who are inclined to cheat in a FPS game are doing it in other, more popular, games. If you consider cronus and the like a cheat, then the number of cheaters would go up significantly.

I cant even play a room of bots anymore without running into a rage cheater; names like "mr.wallhaks" or "yeaimhakin"

Kernel level or not, I wouldn't trust EA to wipe a dishonorably discharged privates a$$ as far as anticheat goes, its never been a priority.

Battlefield player and server OP since BF1942, ran the RAWs back in the day for 2, 2142, 3 and 4, this one is heads and shoulders above any other in the series for cheaters, perhaps it's this free weekend, but if these are kernel level anti cheats i cant imagine what one of these douche bags are installing on their moms PC when they cheat, because the mice have won. At this price they probably come with a free key cause they all eventually get hit, they aren't smart.

This is where good server admins made all the difference, 3rd party apps that could weed out non achievable stats or limits, admin playing in the room to ban anyone in minutes of being exposed or noticed. I remember when Punkbuster screenshots and PBbans actually worked, caught my share that way back in the day.

Hasn't really affected my rounds in the slightest(hardly ever below #1 on the scoreboard). Rarely see blatant ones but if i do i report regardless. Wouldn't doubt far east server are filled with them though. Been on those servers in past battlefields years ago when i lived out there. Wouldn't wish that on anyone.

Played yesterday, apart from being decimated by vehicles because everyone on my team was too braindead to try and take them out... there was the odd cheater killing me as soon as I spawned.

It's a DICE dude.
They don't ban cheaters.
Look what happens in past games BF5 and BF1.
There cheaters kill everyone from spawns
reports don't help, these cheaters have been playing for weeks or more.
Then they get bored and leave, but new ones come.

EA anti cheat do working , and most of console player as PC players are using cheat nowadays. play game on console didn't make u better than on PC in MP game
