How is this game in 2025 ?
Hello guys how is the game nowadays ? i was thinking to go back to this i played Delta Force 121 hours it's not a bad game i like it , it's like a little battlefield it's a filler for me until the next Battlefield is out but im tired of Delta Force mainly because of the performance the huge fps drops and the game not feeling smooth not even on 100 + fps is just so annoying i dont know if you guys played it .

When you play this game after Delta Force it feels like everything is on 'easy' level.
IDK why, but it feels so.
So DF if you want to feel pain or BF2042 if you want to relax.

I've played it few days ago on xbox game pass and really did not enjoy it a single bit. Map design is not existend, every map is empty and there is always on big building and thats it. Perfomance wise its alright but could be better. Gunplay is meh, its better in Delta Force for sure. The only thing BF2042 does better is having normal classes and no boring operators with skills / abilities.

Also the game is pretty cheater infested. Last time i tried this and BF5 there were rage hackers in every single lobby i've played. They were literally spinbotting and yet not banned.

Also delta force performance should be better than BF 2042 performance because they've used UE4 instead of UE5.

I’m not concerned about the current state of Battlefield 2042; my point is specifically about Delta Force. If you feel Delta Force is harder, that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a good game! Delta Force has simply tried to be a clone of Battlefield and Call of Duty. Because of this, it has just used the core structures of Call of Duty, Battlefield, or even other successful shooter games, without offering anything new of its own.
Delta Force’s 64-player battles, instead of being atmospheric, are simply chaotic and disorganized. In contrast, we’ve seen in Battlefield 1 or 4 how battles can be very atmospheric and engaging.

It's good that we have a decent f2p alternative to BF series.
BF devs needed that kick in the ass for a long time.

same experience here, that's why I am going to uninstall the game.
