Product Code?

I'm trying to open the game but everytime when it opens origin it says that I need a product code and I can't find one anywhere. Anyone have any solutions?

I figured it out, i had a different account with an email I forgot the password to, so I talked to origin customer service and they changed my email and password and it works now.
