Is it good now?

First of all the performance. I remember it ran like absolute trash in the "beta" regardless of my settings. I have an RX 590. Not a good card but it is more than enough to run BF 5 and 1 at 60 FPS.

Portal. Is it completely abandoned? They promised the world and barely delivered anything. This was the most important thing for me. Have they updated it? Any new maps or BF games in there?

The bugs. Are they fixed?

The cheaters. I remember plenty of rage cheaters in BF 5 deleting everyone across the map with LMGs. Does 2042 have cheaters?

Game runs pretty well now, should be able to play on at least standard settings.

Portal is effectively abandoned, as far as I can tell. There are servers, but they have extremely high latency compared to the official servers.

Many bugs remain, but there are substantially fewer than there were at launch. Your experience may vary, some friends have needed to go into their config files to get permanent fixes to issues.

Very few to no cheaters. Some claim that they're around, but I play at a relatively high skill level and have only ran into questionable players a few times since release, outright hack no more than once or twice.

Like all battlefield games in the recent decade and a half, yes it is finally stable at the end of its life cycle. Early Access is a garbage corporation.
