Why most players in this game are braindead?

Not good at the game, but better than 70% of players.
Just throw some ammo bag and still be in the top 10 of the 32 v 32 matchup.

Wrong game, pal. The objective is not to be in top. It's not CS2 or some other free-to-play crap. So if your team camping on your ammo box, you are most probably losing the game while doing so. If you are not playing Redacted, of course. Where camping is Ok.

Campers look fine, at least they can deal with the damage.

Yup, that is something that has really dropped off in BF compared to the days of team play and securing objectives to win. Now it's the COD mentality of who has the most kills is a good player.

I've completed the tasks by playing normally, community is just lazy and won't PTFO, then if asked in chat to do so, I'm told "stfu"

Well, it depends on how much you play per week.
Sometimes I'm busy and do not have much time. So I play on Portal to finish achievements quick vs bots and then play normally on conquest 128.

To be honest, this has been the same with all BF games. Players either spend a lot of time focusing on unlocks or achievements or worse yet, k/d morons. BF2042 has been far worse in regards to terrible team play.

I actually quit FPS games for a few years because i was tired of it all. I mentioned some years ago that the real problem with BF is there is no incentive to win a match. If there was a big enough reward system, be it unlocks/big XP bonuses etc ppl would actually play as a team and be far more focused on objectives.

Not really, it's more or less the same as it was in BF3 & BF4. Some people capture objectives and trying to win, some just camping and thinking they are "helping the team" this way. I'd say if they protect an objective, it may be even true. But usually they don't.

The problem is in BF you don't control your team, so you may be a very good player, but most of the team just camping, and your side will lose. Is it your fault? No. So should you be punished for that? No. So I think the current system is ok. No need to change anything. People who want to win will try to win anyway, and the side having more of those will win.

game design disincentivizes team play with things like specialists

It gets worse try being the guy asking for ammo, you can run up to support players calling for ammo and most don't notice or ignore the request. Seems many only see the team they are fighting against either not seeing or viewing their own team only as competition.
