%100 CPU USAGE (TRIED EVERYTHING)
I am playing on a gaming laptop specs are below down
Intel i5 12450H
RTX 4060 LAPTOP GPU
32GB DDR4 3200MHZ RAM
WINDOWS 11

I tried every little solution i even use throttlestop but no still cant get a reasonable fps in low
(max fps i get is 70)

my cpu is always at %100 usage but my gpu runs at like %40
i even tried to play on ultra just because it doesnt use gpu but my fps gone worse like 35-40 fps

This game is retarded, it's constantly bombing your cores with more work when it doesn't need to, have you checked if the game is using your iGPU instead of yoir RTX?

Increase the resolution if you're playing at 1080p (even if your monitor doesn't support higher resolutions). If you can't increase the resolution in-game, look up how to enable DLDSR in the NVIDIA Control Panel.

If you are on Windows 11 :

Go to: Virus and Thread Protection > App & Browser Control (left side panel) > Exploit Protection > Exploit Protection Settings > Control flow Guard (CFG) <--- Turn this OFF!!!

it's about the same as a 9700k, and a 9700k will be locked at 100% pretty much constantly so you can't really "do" anything about it, it's just the way the game runs.

I have 2 setups, one with: Win10, Intel 4670k, 1080TI and Win11, Intel 12gen, 3070.

The first one with Windows 10 has no problem but low performance while the second one I had to turn off the Control Flow Guard in order to even boot the game.

Simple google search revealed that many games have issues with this security feature so better to keep it off if stability is an issue.

First of all, your processor have REAL 4 CORES ONLY! Those efficiency cores doesn't matter at all in gaming.
Second, you are using a laptop so ALWAYS keep it plugged in while gaming.
Third, your GPU is way worse than you think.
Last one is that the game need very beefy CPU to run above 100-120 FPS.

Enable v-sync, then lower monitor refresh rate to 60-74hz, considering you have 100% cpu usage

Not shot someone would even downgrade just to play a game like this lol
