How is BF2042 vs BF5?

Better, worse or the same? Squaded up low lifes bashing casuals, because auto-balance doesn't exist? Half of your team playing snipers, because maps are too open? Poorly designed stationary AA that make a better team even stronger? Most desired camos behind paywall? Super talented chinese players?

2024 is absolutely worse in ever aspect possible and I'm not exaggerating a bit. There is really 0 reason to play 2042 over BF5, I can't even come up with a single thing that was improved over BF5.

BF5 has 3 times more players despite game being abandoned back in 2019, but people STILL play it simple because it is MILES better than 2042. Play on BFV Robot and BoB servers, these have community-run anti-cheat and admins to hand ban blatant cheaters. There are lots of these servers now.

I do play BF5, but its much worse than BF1, which is almost dead, so I was eye-balling BF2042.

They both have issues. but I'd personally stay away from cheaterfield V, it's really that bad

2042 is MUCH better. V was garbage, the only BF game I didn't bother buying.

BF5 is almost worse in EVERY single aspect. less content, worse maps, overall less bf vibe, and I could go on.

So no m8, V is not better. Like AT ALL!

It depends on the person. Right now Bf2042 has far less cheaters then bfv does. BFV they are out in the open and proud that they are cheating lol. Not so much in 2042. 2042 does have it's own drawbacks. If you are hesistant on it look for a key for game pass on grey market site (find it for $1-2) then try Bf2042 through EA play on game pass and if you like it wait for 2042 to go on sale (which it does often) or keep an eye on grey market for when the price drops (which it does often too).

TBH, I'm playing 100% community servers and I haven't seen a cheaters in months, but queues are a bit annoying.
