IT IS OFFICIAL 2025 FOR NEXT BF GAME

So it is official that 2025 is when the next BF game will be coming out which will make it 4 year gap between titles which makes it if I am correct the longest gap between BF titles in the franchise. We know it will be next gen only and that they are aiming for very realistic destruction system besides that nothing else. However if I had to guess a release date that makes sense it would be anytime between October-December of 2025.

Technically there is no "next gen" since we don't have any upcoming console releases ( e.g PS6 / Xbox whatever ) so really it's just confirming current gen only ( no PS4 or XBOX equivalent release for example )

Next gen currently means PS5 + Latest Xbox. All it means in console gaming terms is that no last gen console hardware. Most of these games have been still developed for last gen which has been a big reason why a lot of multi platform games have been so limited in performance/FPS wise or even gameplay wise. However this is the trend with console gaming in how usually when the new "next gen" console drops it won't become the main focus for after 2-3 years once the previous one slowly gets phased out because if they phase out the previous console too quick it would have too many users left stranded. Same thing happens though with PC because majority of PC users are not on 30 series or 40 series cards let alone have 8+ cores on their cpu or more than 16 GB of ram so all that data that steam collects those devs see that and know they have to make a game that checks as many performance boxes it can to help deliver as much sales it can. However this easily can backfire because sometimes what they envision for the game can't be feasible by trying to make sure w/e game they make is playable also by low end hardware users whether on PC or old gen consoles.

no way I will buy that heaping pile of trash.... I bought this one for full price when the game was supposed to finished ,but was still in alpha.

I will buy it only after 4 or five months when I see the reviews are correct. I don't trust the influencers who are bought , and who will say it 8 out of 10 because their payment cleared at the bank.

Gawd maybe they will torture more sea life for their next soundtrack as well. I swear the music for this game sound like whales being harpooned or something.
