Edit: It seems rather pointless if you think about it. After a match most tend to quit (based on my experience during the pre-cloud era), then many don't want to play with the same people anyway, so you'd end up having something like 20-25% that'd prefer to keep playing with their current team (which probably isn't too far off of how many end up playing the next game on the same server anyway).
Do you have any figures to back your 25 % ? Thats not true. The problem is when you get decent teamates you can play only one game . In other 9/10 games you will get a bad teamates who dont have a clue what is team play. Ive been playing bf since bf1942 and Ive never seen such bad quality players on my team. It just get boring because in 90% of the games you are alone . I've been playing this for maybe 100h since november and yet I didnt see any message in lobby or any written communication in chat.
This will kill the game , you cant play a game which favors teamplay while you are constantly changing teams. How they could concentrate so much on woke aspect while they completely cut the communications and teamplay which are base core of this game. Game dosent favor communications, everything is cranky. Btw graphicaly , game is awesome and I like it but im tired of changing teams every game. Game become boring.
1) You can stay on the same team (via the same squad) if you use the "Social" feature at the bottom right of the menu bar - adding those people as EA friends, and then forming a party with them, before clicking to join any particular game server. The party leader then clicks to join, and everyone follows them from round to round and on the same team+squad.
2) I'm pretty sure it's always been this way with Battlefield games over the years, shuffling players between teams each round, in order to ensure things average out and there isn't a recurring dominance of certain players collectively.
I like Breakthrough and Rush more in this game because the enemies can't be everywhere on the map. I mean sure enemies have been jumping off helis and other air vehicles, driving vehicles behind your front lines etc for two decades, but it has never been more than a handful of players on each occasions, where as now it's half of their team which can all of a sudden appear right behind you.
1. I know but it takes time and you need to keep adding people and it becomes a nightmare. You should be able to stay with same random team. That's where the " balance" dosen't have any sense. If you can premade your team and join the games, why than you cant just stay with same random team from previous game? At the end people who make teams can play 4/4 every game why others need to constantly change teams because they are random.
2. No . In other battlefields you would join the server and there was only map rotation. You stay with your first random team every game .That team change only if someone leave and other join.
