"EA AntiCheat detected coprrupted game files. please repair or reinstall the game"

Yesterday I played the game perfectly fine, this morning I am hit with this message "EA AntiCheat detected coprrupted game files. please repair or reinstall the game". I tried using this https://help.ea.com/en/help/pc/ea-anticheat/ and it didn't work. I tried verifying the integrity files in my folder and it said 3 files were not supposed to be there. If I uninstall will I lose all my progress and my 750 hours?
