Quotes are Dice's way to implement lore into the game. There should be some sort of "codex" in the game somewhere which should explain some stuff but that's about it. There has not been any play-able stuff about the "Dragon" or "Broker", or even the "Oz" so those are just names Dice's throwing into your face in hopes you start to care more about the game
It's a fking joke imo. Complete waste of time and effort
