Performance problems on RTX 4070 Ti

Hello man, sorry for my ENG.
On my RTX 4080 + Ryzen 7 5800X3D i have performance issues but after this, I finnaly play this game ( EA platform ) perfectly fine ( now i am lvl 61 ), no crash, no black screen after endmatch and no FPS drops ... i found this on reddit and this one only works for me, try this:

Enable DX12:

Go to: " C:\Users\ -yourName- \Documents\Battlefield 2042\settings " and
open " PROFSAVE_profile " in notepad, scroll down and find: " GstRender.Dx12Enabled 0 "

Change " GstRender.Dx12Enabled 0 " to " GstRender.Dx12Enabled 1 " and save.

After this, my game works perfectly fine, no DLSS and everything on High / Ultra setting.

And nvidia reflex in game setting...use only " Enable "....When i play " Enable + Boost ", my game after endgame crash or i have black screen and i must use ALT + F4.

Yea performance is funky for me sometimes. Have 3080ti+5800x on 1080p360. I play on all low for fps. Even tho I'll get stable 180-200~ fps, I'll still get micro stutters. Other times I'll have no issues at all when I load up.

4070ti here 0 issues, GPU is undervolted, cpu and ram OC, windows 10 with 10 months blocked updates
