Unable to load library dbdata.dll

After going through the validation loop and repair the EA Apps, the notification "Unable to load library dbdata.dll" seems to keep popping on and I still can't play the game. Did anyone have this kind of problem?

copy the file "dbdata.dll " from the game folder and paste it into the system32 folder. Open the console and enter the following command "regsvr32.exe /i /n dbdata.dll "
