How to play without ai players? Like wtf

So I just purchased a game, chose conquest. Every game is filled with AI up to 70% while 75k concurrent players are online. WTF? Tried to look through browser and there are no servers either.

Dunno what you are playing. But i always land in games filled with real players.
Did you start some portal servers where there is nobody in there?

Can't find matches crossplay off. It's either that or there's something wrong with your internet connection, nat type or something.

Also some regions are infamous for having close to zero players so if you're from one of those you'd need vpn to get connected into EU, Asia or USA for an example

i made a post abouit this too and everyone kept saying turn on crossplay, when that wasnt the issue. so idk.

have you tried more than once? i got the game 3 days ago and and it automaticly put me into a botgame after doing initial settings.
after that i always matched with real players, unless i choose vs ai

The game is dead. Today i have played 8 matches. 4 cq64 and cq128 - the 128 feels like 16vs16 and couple of bots.
64 more alive but still empty

They need switch to a rolling lobby system and those just starting a session get connected to game in progress if a game has empty slots. Then again I guess they have a really good reason for not using a rolling lobby system.
