On PC mouse doesn't work in-game

Hi All, please help, my mouse stop work in-game. It's fine in menu in Win in all other games. But in BF2042 when I'm starting map I can't move up and down left or right, but left and right buttons on the mouse works.

reset your keybind settings or delete the content of the cache folder in Battlefield2042 document folder

I even re install the game. the same. where this cache on Win11 Steam game?

I've had the exact same issue. Ive tried all of the suggestions: Resetting all keybinds, removing lines in PROFSAVE_profile in settings, deleting the settings file, removed keyboard inputs, restarted, uninstalled and reinstalled, and I've tried changing mouse DPI etc and still cant find anything that fixes this issue.

Is anyone able to help me fix this?

Some people have reported that the game detected their mouse movements as a controller input, try a different mouse and see if that fixes it.
