Still can't launch the game/black screen at start

Been going on the forums seems like there is no fix, Hope it will be fixed soon i bought it at the wrong moment i guess

clear ea cache(guide available online) then verify steam integrity, had same problem, this fixed it.

allow the game through firewall check mark both private and public
next Go to your Start Menu and search for Environment Variables - open first result
See if you have something called GAME_DATA_DIR affecting your game
Delete it and reboot
