Game crash pc after exit or close

I have a problem with the game that every time I close it, it locks me all the pc and crashes.

To play again I have to force the cpu shutdown using the power button

I have the game through the steam platform.
Already install and uninstall more than 3 times. Use the file checker and nothing

The game works well for me, I don’t have problems in the game. Only when I want to finish the game session and I want to go to the desk

I hope you can fix it. I have an i7 9700k, rtx 2060 super and 32gb of ram. The game is installed in one m2. Windows 10 operating system

I also have the same problem since last week. i7 8700K, RTX 4070ti, 32GB RAM Windows 11. Game installed on SSD.
I have tried to clear my nvidia shader cache and the game cache as well.

Did it but still same result. Even Alt-F4 hangs the PC. I will test next time when the CPU is low in-game do Alt-F4.

I played since the beta, and it was fine until S3 when i couldnt play crashing every game. Then i got back recently, and it got much better , but i still manage to crash once in a few hours. Not sure what the problem is to be honest. But i have 4 separate sticks of ram with 8gb and 6800xt. Maybe its the ram or the gpu drivers.

I have fixed my problem. The issue seems the new EA anti cheat software is kernel level and it was introduced for the latest season it conflicts with Asus Framework. Usually i play fullscreen or borderless so exit all i get is black screen, but when i used windowed i got BSOD with error "kernel apc pending exit".

Fixed it by downloading Autoruns software from Microsoft/Sysinternals, and disable 4 Asus drivers:
system32\drivers\AsIO2.sys
system32\drivers\AsIO3.sys
SysWOW64\drivers\AsIO.sys
SysWOW64\drivers\AsUpIO.sys

Then boot up and play, exit backs to desktop as normal.
Slight issue is frequently get windows error pop up Asus Framework, can be ignored for now.
If want to remove error re-enable in autoruns.
This method should work until EA gets their anti-cheat ♥♥♥♥ together.

It's February 2024 and the problem persists with no action from either ASUS or EA. I'm sure "it only effects a limited number of players" ie. they don't care.

I solved the problem by reinstalling Windows. I had Windows 10 and I reinstalled the same version, and it worked fine
