Is Standard or Elite edition included in EA Play subscription on Steam?

Well, title.

I want to buy the game, but as far as I understand Elite edition doesn’t give anything gameplay-wise, just cosmetics — everything can be unlocked by playing the game including operators and vehicles, am I right?

That being said, I think about getting year-long subscription for EA Play, so if Elite edition is included then I could get it instead of buy Standard edition.

First, the elite edition will give unlock some weapon and gear early, but you do the same by achieve in game missions. All weapon in the game can be unlock though missions. So the elite edition only for people with extra money and want to pay to unlock few weapon early. and skin do nothing in the game, most ugly anyway.
Second, I only suggest you get the normal edition game with season pack while discount. Do not subscribe to EA play unless you want to play other EA games. I think it more money wise to sub the xbox game pass for PC, it already include basic EA play subscribes.

Thanks for the reply! What season pack is for? Unlocking content early or it’s paywall hidden entirely? EA Play subscription does in fact give me some cool games to play likes Dragon Age and Mass Effect that I didn’t play before, so yeah, that’s why I want to get it, haha.
