Achievements not unlocking on steam or EA app

I thought that it was problem with steam but they dont update even on ea app so it's broken more than i expected. Maybe they will fix it in few days but i doubt it

yeah its broken on both. Have no expectations of ea fixing it anytime soon.

Having the same issue. Reched LVL 25 achievment did not unlock. LVL 30 something now and it still has not unlocked.

I have the same issue, Achievements aren't unlocking since a few days ago I only got the level 5 achievement, I tried contacting EA support got the typical bot response and nothing else. Just shows how much EA really cares about their games and community.

It's the latest S6 update that messed up a lot of things in this game, it's actually kind of a mess right now with the amount of bugs and glitches.

So, I have similar issues with nfs payback. Lots of ppl had this issues 4 years ago for nfs and i am not sure if it was fixed or not. The EA mods said "oh yeah fill out the form we will definetly help you!" I am seeing many more problems like this for battlefield so we should just hope EA will make a fix, or just tell us what the heck should we do to get achievs back. Cus it clearly isnt steam's fault. The forum mods said they are investigating the issues on April. I will try more things that helped other ppl. Maybe downgrading would work or installing origin again. It's ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up guys. Theres also a chance that after doing all the fixes you have to play the game for some time for it to work again. The community solutions are many and yet different. If i will get a fix i will post a reply here if i will remember to. You can add me to friends and ask since its high chance that i will forgor to post an update here.

I was able to make the achievements work again, I have done two things so I honestly don't know which of the two is the solution but I suggest that you do both still and in order as I will say below.

First
1. Open EA App and select the three dashes in the upper left corner of EA app.
2. Scroll to Help.
3. Click Application Recovery.
4. Select Clear Cache.

Second
Go to your Steam library right click on "Battlefield 2042 > manage > explore local files", once you are in the game folder go to "_Installer > Origin > redist > internal > EAappinstaller.exe", run it and select repair.

Unfortunately, in my experience, achievements will not unlock when you start the game even though you have already met the requirements to obtain it. For example, a few days ago I had already done "Clean Exit" but I had to do it again to get the achievement.

update: after i started the game some of the achievments were there, not all but some
