It seems though that when you select singler player/coop it actually says it's reduced XP (as in purposefully designed that way).
This made me think they (the developers) want to funnel players into multiplayer if they want XP which I think is not good.
I hope you are right and this is something they fix or remove.
Earnt an XP booster on Battlepass and it was worthless as I played an hour on single player and lost all xp bonuses.
I'd give you a link but I only saw it from a YT video.
Here's to hoping we are given a free XP boost when they fix it.
It also seems to work for the whole match, i got into a match with only 6 minutes worth of booster left and i got the boost until i finished the match (27 minutes) and got back to the main menu.
plus be happy you can grind your XP on guns for all attachments and all in this one as in all other ones it whas MP only if you want a CO OP Shooter game then this game is not for you and i dont even like this new battlefield that mutch but i just think BOTS where a stupit idea in first place
It's to keep people playing their game longer as it is harder to earn XP in multiplayer compared to single player. The longer DICE keep a player on their game the more chance they have of selling battle pass ,skin packs etc.
Once a player maxes out their XP for a gun, operator etc they are like 'Ok,I have achieved everything - their is nothing left to grind for' right?
So instead of the developers going 'Hey, we have a portion of our customers that like single player and want to play that way,we can reward them equally and just make new maps and content each season to keep the grind going'. They seem to have taken a different approach which is ridiculous.
Ridiculous because have you looked to see how many skills, weapons etc their are to get the red badge for? Even in single player I doubt hardly ANYONE will ever max level every perk which makes reducing XP in single player a bad call as it reduces interest for the customer to play the game in a mode they have put in the game.
