Getting shot through DOZER's shield.

Hi,

Was hoping someone can shed a little light on how/why dozer gets shot through his shield by infantry using various guns. Have been using dozer today against bots and notice that he often seems to get shot through his shield and I am trying to figure out why when I don't see any kinda shield break animation/sound etc.

Is this possibly similar to getting shot when you are behind cover which also seems to happen a fair bit. You run around a corner , maybe put a concrete pillar between you and the bot 2 seconds later you die by getting shot by the bot that is clearly behind the other side of the cover.

My latency is 49ms ping. I notice that the single player servers update at 20hz when multiplayer servers update at 40hz. Is the 20hz creating more lag than what the ping suggests possibly?

Your feet is out of you dont crouch with the shield. And the frontal "safe" line is really small. If someone are a little bit to your side there is a spot they can shoot.
