Application not found

I bought during the summer sale at £12.

After a first, and fresh install every time I click play I'm immediately met with an "Application not found" errror text box.

Literally unplayable for me on Windows 10, with a GTX 1070, 32Gb Ram and an i7 8700k cpu.

Yeah turns out, not having the terrible EA App installed, means that BF2042 does not exist. At all.

What the actual ♥♥♥♥?

It's on the product page, that you need a third party app to run this game. For like all games from EA, Ubi, Rockstar etc. It's a DRM and account syncing thing. And the actual F is that you don't read and complain after like a little kid.

First of all. Any other product on steam that requires a third party app, normally installs the third party app along with the game, I've never in my 13+ years on steam, have had to go out of my way to separately install the third party app that is required. So maybe pipe down.

Realising my mistake I came back to update my post to correct it. I took and F, but you took the L here with your attitude.
