Movement issue

Idk exactly at what point, since I bought this when it came out and stopped playing like after a month or so, but now whenever I move and I let go of the W key my character keeps moving forward for a little bit, this make positioning and turning extremely annoying and not precise at all, resulting in my demise time and time again. Idk if this is lag, but does not feel like it, specially when I have 30ms on the server (Or something around that, depending on the server). I, since I last played on release have noticed a ton of graphical issues, like characters not loading and instead appearing as a teal cross made of 4 squares, like the icon for selecting the attachments of your gun. Are these things the consequence of a patch, update? Or are they a bug? Idk what they are and would like to fix them, at least the movement thing. Thanks in advance for any help
