ACW-R NOT UNLOCKING

So guys, I have done all the stuff for acw-r and it shows that they are all complete. But its still locked. Any ideas?

Also how can I host a game that allows me progress with kills? So far every game I hosted just didnt ad any kills to my progression.

Maybe your account is out of sync. It should resync after some games. For me usually changing modes helped in speeding up this process.

As for the kill counter (especially if we are talking about progession) - do not enable AI bots on your server.
