I prefer any grip that helps me with vertical recoil. But for marksman and sniper rifles I prefer anything that helps with aim-in accuracy.

go play gridshot around a half hour after that you'll be holding the mice the most confortable way possible for your self but also you arm will be on fire

Partially depends on your play style.
Are you a run and gun guy? go with accuracy while moving. Or improved hipfire.
If you like to stop and aim, use the ones that increase acc while static, or aiming.

Personally i find vertical recoil easier to compensate for than horizontal.
And accuracy can't be controlled at all other than bust firing, which increases your TTK generally.
