I still get the Main Menu Loop Glitch after all this time

Whenever I try to play the game, I am just sent back to the main menu. It will go to a black screen when I try to join, then straight to the main menu. I have tried doing everything from reinstalling, checking my drivers, etc. but the issue still persists. It got to the point where even EA Support told me to ask for a refund from Steam, but Steam will not give me a refund. Does anyone know any way that I could get a refund? I have pestered Steam Support about it to the point where they instantly close any tickets I have.

Restarting won't work for me. I think I am done with this game. Only reason I was still playing was because I was trying to complete the battle pass and get my money's worth. Not worth the stress and fear of missing out. Especially since I can't even get the game to work to finish the battle pass.
