This happens to me usually twice a day and so far the only way to fix is completely close the game and go back in. It's like a huge with delay turning my mouse, terrible lag. I just came to see if anyone else was having this issue so i guess I am not the only one.

Yes all the time, it's bad.

Delay about 3 sec... not kidding. Just deleted this crap.

FIX THIS ♥♥♥♥! Holy crap this is annoying, people must think I have nfc what I am doing, running around looking randomly up and around, standing still, wtf!

The delay I've had is when I'm holding down full auto its almost like the mouse is not clicking properly (which in the past I have had this issue and replaced the mouse clicker) but this is related to the game for sure.

Also I'm not sure if its input lag thats not allowing me to move my mouse left and right when im full autoing or its meant to be a game feature. Like tracking people and shooting people seems off, I imagine its to do with this cpu at 100% bs we got going on right now.

Like the above
It’s whatever they did for some peoples cpu/server with the update
I’m running with i9 9900k and razer viper with no issues or difference after update

However in s1 I did get some time to time but it was due to server side

People scream at me in the chat and I at the game too when my character just randomly moving out into open fire.
Search for igo64.dll.
It's somewhere in the Origin folder.
Rename it (while Origin is shut down)

This fix works 100%.
The problem with the input delay is, that origin is still running in the background even when disabled. So this is for steam Users only.
If you use the new EA App I have no solution for that.

It does not work for me, not deleting not renaming, not turning off Origin In-Game for 2042 nor Origin wide.
Also taking off the Origin Overlay in any way will take the Steam Overlay too no matter what, I just put it back on as I like to have it and removing it fixed nothing anyways.

Try some of these:
-Disable vsync
-Try turning on or off Future Frame Rendering in the Menu.
-Open console and type RenderDevice.TripleBufferingEnable 0
-Open console and type RenderDevice.RenderAheadLimit 1 or 2 (don't use 0 = insta crash)

It's only gotten worse after trying those, remember those Stadia videos about the latency? It's like that if not worse.

Nothing better than having a really good round and then your mouse goes to ♥♥♥♥ so you have to spend the rest of the time dropping ammo and med crates.

I got convinced after the freeplay (smooth gameplay, nothing seems problematic), but after bought it I got this lag..

Try to install the new EA Launcher instead of origin, worked for me and my mates. It will automaticaly uninstall origin and stuff.

I managed to fix it yesterday by deleting the cache folder only even tho I tried deleting the whole 2042 folder before.
