(Portal) Can't have AI on Large Conquest mode

Is there something off with it? For me its getting bugged with 0 AI. I can move the slider but once i let go it automatically goes back to 0. I can create normal conquest with AI just fine but not large conquest. I thought it was a visual bug and create it anyway but no AI actually spawns. It's literally just me on the entire map.

I wanted to try large conquest for something more action packed than just 64 players... Is it actually bugged or did i miss some setting somewhere?
