No screen settings

The game starts in a small FHD window, there is no choice of resolution in the setting, I have a screen resolution of 3440 1440, rtx 3060 ti

there is a screen resolution option in the settings, but it is empty, there is not one screen parameter, empty parameters

Try to delete your PROFSAVE_profile file. Maybe it's corrupted or can't be accessed. You can delete it manually and restart the game. Location: C:\Users\YourUsername\Documents\Battlefield 2042\settings

chek if OneDrive or something similar is protecting your "Documents" folder

there are instances of players losing their settings because of the automatic backup/restore options with OneDrive

Found a fix on reddit that worked for me. I have a AMD ryzen 7 6000 series processor with a RTX 3050ti gpu and the game would use the integrated amd graphics and basically ignore the 3050ti leading to crap performance. I went to "display adapters" in "device manager" and completely disabled the amd integrated graphics and the game runs fine. All the settings show back up and everything. Hope this helps.
