RTX 2080 Super: This is ridiculous
GPU: RTX 2080 Super
CPU: I7-9700F 3.00GHZ
Monitor: 2560 x 1440 165HZ
RAM: 32 GB
Nivida Drivers: 496.76

I have no clue why I cant get a solid 60 fps on MEDIUM settings? I can run Battlefield 5 at 4K without a problem but for some reason people with 3 Series cards are struggling with this game at "High" settings. What is going on?

My specs are a bit higher than yours but I run ultra 1440 90-100fps with some random stutter when textures are loading into cache. The trick is to utilize dlss properly

Nothing wrong with that CPU mate, should be fine.
I would say this game is going to need one hell of a patch!

Your CPU is FINE.

The RECOMMENDED is a 4790, you are a few ( 5 ) generations above the 4790.

try the 472.12 drivers

it's under investigation, but it seems to also be on Nvidia's end

you should be getting good FPS on ultra or high at least, though, like other players are

Battlefield game are not aim to play with the best quality u need to understand it's still a shooter game it's all about having higher fps possible 110+ min is a good start hope i can run it a 200+ fps when they will fix it in some month.

It runs great on my 5900x but game is uninspiring really.
evo Nov 19, 2021 @ 11:21pm

If its not my CPU, is it my GPU? I would hate to upgrade my GPU simply because this game cant handle it. A RTX2080 Super isn't the best card but its far from the worst.
